The video above was taken while I was in Bangkok – right in the middle of my Internet Income Intensive there actually.
As I travel from country to country, I’ve gotten into the habit of working out in the afternoons (rather than in the morning), especially when I have an event going on.
The Amari Watergate hotel in Bangkok, where we had our event, had a beautiful gym with 5-star facilities, so I was very happy to take full advantage of them.
If you know me, you’ll know that staying fit and healthy is very important to me. So I always want to make sure that I never miss a workout, and that I always get them done.
So at each event, I let my participants head off for lunch for about 90 minutes – which gives me about an hour to workout, shower and get dressed again to continue teaching.
And here’s a little secret – doing this actually helps keep me awake and energized, which helps me stay alert and motivated to keep teaching my students throughout the day.
And there we have it.
